1 Acceptance of Terms & Conditions

Happy 88's aggregate liability to any member shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that member in the 30 days preceding the claim.

10 Account Termination & Suspension

Happy 88 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member's account at any time for the following reasons:

• Violation of any part of these Terms & Conditions;
• Confirmed fraud, misconduct, or illegal activity;
• Requests from authorities or regulatory bodies;
• Accounts inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.

Members also have the right to close their own account at any time by contacting the Happy 88 support team. Any valid account balance will be returned upon completion of the verification process, subject to all applicable withdrawal conditions.
